3.3 How AI Credits Work
AI Credits are the unit used for all AI features. They let you control how much AI compute you use across AI Insights and the AI Assistant.
What counts as 1 credit
1 AI Credit = $1 of compute cost. Credits are consumed whenever you use:
- AI Insights - each run on a completed report
- AI Assistant - each message sent in the chat

Credits per plan
Credits are included with paid plans and reset monthly. See the pricing page for the current allocation per plan.
Expiry
Credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
When you run out
AI features are unavailable until your next billing cycle begins. To get more credits sooner, upgrade to a higher plan from your account settings.
